Day one in Gort na Coiribe

Day one was interesting. First flight to London... we got in early and had to sit and wait forever. Second flight to Shannon... late and had to take the bus without the group to Galway. Good thing I made new friends in the airport who were also going to be NUI Galway students as well so we made the journey together. My first experience on the bus was a good one. Some really nice people helped me to figure out which bus to take as well as when to get off so finding Gort na Coiribe was fairly easy. From there I walked in the nice rain to my place and walked in to freezing no one. My room is pretty cool and Juliann my roommate came in 10 minutes after me with her friend from home Megan who is also staying in Ireland for the semester. Our other roommate Keligh also came back later and we have yet to meet our Irish roommates. We had a meeting with the group and met more new people (most of which I cant remember their names right now) We went back to the apartment and had a glass of wine with both roommates and Sydney and then all passed out for the night.
